duPont REGISTRY Live is proud to present this 1961 GMC C10, a custom-built example blending classic truck styling with modern drivetrain and suspension upgrades. This build features a 6.0L LS-based V8 swap, AirLift air suspension, and a 4-speed automatic transmission, offering a combination of drivability and adjustability.

Power comes from an iron-block 6.0-liter V8 equipped with Holley fuel injection, paired with a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission. Supporting components include an aluminum radiator, power steering, and Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brakes. The chassis is upgraded with AirLift Performance air bags, a bed-mounted air tank and compressor, tubular front control arms, and a bolt-in Watts link, providing improved handling and adjustable ride height. A dual exhaust system with long-tube headers and Magnaflow mini mufflers completes the setup.

The exterior is finished in orange paint and features a step side bed with a finished wood bed floor. Notable modifications include a Chevrolet C10 front-end conversion, along with chrome bumpers and chrome side mirrors. The truck sits on 20-inch U.S. Mag wheels, with the adjustable air suspension allowing for variable stance and ride height.

Inside, the cabin is trimmed in black and gray vinyl upholstery and fitted with late-model bucket seats. A custom center console with cup holders is paired with a Lokar shifter, while a black billet steering wheel and AutoMeter gauges provide a driver-focused layout. Additional features include an Alpine touchscreen head unit, Airlift Performance ride height controller, and gray carpeting, integrating modern convenience with the custom interior.
