duPont REGISTRY Live is proud to present this custom 2008 Bugatti Veyron 16.4, finished in monotone Italian Red over a bespoke red and black Alcantara interior. Showing just 12,618 miles at the time of documentation, this All Wheel Drive hypercar is powered by the legendary quad turbocharged 8.0-liter W16. Enhanced with a titanium exhaust system and lightweight forged wheels, this example delivers an even more visceral driving experience while preserving the engineering integrity that made the Veyron a benchmark. Believed to be one of only a handful of solid red examples, it represents rarity, performance, and presence at the highest level of the hypercar world.

When the original Bugatti Veyron 16.4 debuted in the early 2000s and subsequently hit 253 mph at VW’s Ehra-Lessien test track in 2005, it permanently altered the trajectory of automotive history, becoming the fastest production car in the world with a 253 mph top speed. Famously putting out 1,001 horsepower in stock form, courtesy of its now-legendary Pïech-era 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine, it eclipsed the McLaren F1’s 241 mph record set in 1998.

 

This particular 2008 example builds on that legacy with a carefully executed custom specification that transforms both sound and character. The most significant enhancement is the Ryft.Co titanium exhaust system. The factory exhaust system carries a characteristic hissing noise from the turbos, but crucially, it weighs approximately 42 pounds. The titanium replacement installed on this car weighs just 9 pounds, and while the reduction in mass is substantial, the transformation in character is even more dramatic. The W16 now delivers a sharper, more mechanical soundtrack that exposes the full intensity of its quad turbocharged architecture.

 

Finished in a striking monotone Italian Red (one of only a handful to be produced in solid red), with gloss black accents, it marks a departure from the more common two-tone Veyron specifications. The car features full paint protection film applied by Tier1autohaus in Las Vegas and Ryft.Co, aftermarket forged black wheels on a staggered setup, carbon ceramic brakes with gold calipers, adjustable suspension, and an active rear wing, presenting as a true driver’s machine. 

 

The exterior is complemented by a modernized, custom red-and-black Alcantara interior, paired with turned aluminum accents. Push button start, LED lighting, and the signature Bugatti cockpit layout complete the experience. Interior audio is provided by a Burmester premium audio system, and it's controls are highlighted by the center console's one-piece machine turned aluminum trim panel. 

 

With just 12,618 miles on the clock, this example turns things up to eleven by not only offering historic significance but also an intensified driving experience that fully unlocks the raw character of the W16.
