Seller's Introduction
duPont REGISTRY Live proudly presents this exceptionally specified 2017 Ferrari F12tdf, showing just 7,252 miles and finished in Extracampionara Rosso F1 with a distinctive Grigio Silverstone and Nero Stellato livery. Of the 799 F12tdf's that were built, very few were finished in this exclusive color. Configured with more than $180,000 in factory options, including approximately $45,000 in carbon fiber, this limited-production Ferrari showcases an extraordinary combination of bespoke detailing, competition-inspired engineering, and naturally aspirated V12 performance. The specification includes extensive carbon fiber components, Daytona racing seats, and Ferrari’s advanced four-wheel steering system. A clean CARFAX history further complements this highly optioned example.
Overview
Developed as a more focused evolution of the F12berlinetta, the Ferrari F12tdf was created to celebrate Ferrari’s Tour de France endurance racing heritage and deliver an elevated level of performance on both road and track. The F12tdf is approximately 243 pounds lighter than the contemporary F12berlinetta and features revised bodywork and aerodynamics including a wider track, front dive planes, fender air pass-throughs, an F1-inspired underbody floor wing, an active rear diffuser, an inclined rear spoiler, and a carbon-fiber hood, decklid, and door skins. Its naturally aspirated 6.3-liter F140 V12 is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle, while an electronic limited-slip differential, carbon ceramic brakes, and rear-wheel drive support its formidable dynamic capabilities, helping the F12tdf deliver the sharp turn-in and precision expected of one of Maranello’s most performance-oriented front-engine V12 models.
The exterior is finished in Rosso F1, a triple-layer metallic red, and complemented by a striking Grigio Silverstone and Nero Stellato livery. Extensive carbon fiber components distinguish the bodywork, including the front and rear splitters, side skirts, air intakes, and engine bay detailing. Approximately $45,000 in carbon fiber contributes to the car’s purposeful appearance, with lightweight materials reinforcing its motorsport-inspired character. Twenty-inch silver light alloy wheels are paired with red brake calipers, while Scuderia Ferrari fender shields provide a traditional marque detail. The Adaptive Frontlight System enhances illumination, and titanium exhaust pipes complete the performance-focused specification.
Inside, the cabin features black Alcantara upholstery accented by red leather Daytona stripes and red seat belts. Large-size Daytona racing seats provide supportive accommodation, while embroidered Cavallino emblems in the headrests reinforce the Ferrari identity. A white central tachometer stands out against the driver-focused instrument panel, complemented by a quilted Alcantara rear parcel shelf. Matte carbon fiber extends throughout the interior, encompassing the dashboard inserts, steering wheel, central bridge, and door panels, while carbon fiber door sills continue the lightweight theme. Additional equipment includes a passenger display, JBL audio system, Apple CarPlay, front and rear parking cameras, and a fire extinguisher.
Power comes from Ferrari’s naturally aspirated 6.3-liter F140 V12, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle driving the rear wheels. The high-revving powerplant delivers its performance without turbocharging, preserving the immediate throttle response and distinctive exhaust character associated with Ferrari’s flagship V12 engines. An electronic limited-slip differential manages power delivery, while four-wheel steering enhances directional agility and stability through changing corners. Carbon ceramic brakes, which are shared with the LaFerrari, provide substantial stopping capability, and the suspension lifter adds practicality when negotiating steep driveways and road imperfections. Together, these systems reflect the F12tdf’s emphasis on reduced lap times, driver engagement, and precise vehicle control.
Showing 7,252 miles, this 2017 Ferrari F12tdf combines an exceptionally distinctive Extracampionara Rosso F1 exterior with more than $180,000 in options and approximately $45,000 in carbon fiber appointments. Originally delivered to Ferrari of Houston, the car has recently received service at New Country Ferrari of Naples, including replacement of all four tires and a wheel alignment in January 2026, followed by an oil change on September 25, 2026. Its extensive exterior carbon fiber, Daytona racing seats, Alcantara-trimmed cabin, passenger display, and advanced chassis technologies distinguish it as a particularly compelling example of Ferrari’s limited-production V12 performance flagship. A clean CARFAX history further enhances its appeal. The sale includes one key, a framed window sticker, car cover, owner’s booklets, battery charger, and Ferrari Telemetry.
Inspectors Notes: This is an absolutely stunning F12tdf finished in a very bespoke specification. Based on the undercarriage, it is clear this car has never seen rain. The V12 provides a visceral driving experience, yet it can also be very tame and comfortable for around town usage.
